Class Descriptions:

Small Group Training

Group training is a popular form of training.  What is different about small group training versus traditional group training is the class size.  The class size at Evolution is limited to 8.  Since a certified personal trainer is instructing we have the ability to make changes on-the-fly as needed.  We are then able to give more individualized attention in a cost-effective manner so that people can experience the benefits of working with a trainer.  Small group training provides a sense of camaraderie and support as well as accountability too.  It encompasses full body strength training with a great cardiovascular workout.  All exercises are functionally based, meaning they are similar to movements that you use in daily life.  Thanks to this similarity you will notice a difference in your ability to complete your daily activities.

Senior Exercise

This class is designed for our seniors to enable them to increase strength, flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, and cardiovascular endurance all while having fun.  The class size remains small, with no more 8 clients per class.  Certified personal trainers instruct these classes and are able to adjust exercises depending on the needs of each client

Personal Training

For those that feel they would benefit from one-on-one attention.  Your program is individually tailored to your needs based on your goals and assessments.

Performance Enhancement for Teams

There is nothing better than working out with your teammates in an environment that fosters individual improvement as well as team bonding.  The same skills as the performance enhancement classes are addressed, but we can also customize for specific needs of your team.  We will work with you to find a time that is good for your teams and open up a special time slot or back to back slots, depending on the size of your team.  Athletes work in small groups with certified personal trainers to ensure training is done correctly and efficiently.
